Community
Yoga Class! Our
Community Class is on for every 2nd Saturday; next date
is Saturday, June 14th, at 4:00pm. Teresa Perez will lead this all level class this month.
Please
register in advance for these workshops since there is a minimum/maximum
number of attendees for each event to be held.
Restorative
Yoga Workshops
Restorative Yoga Workshops will be offered on the 3rd
Saturday of each month. Restorative yoga allows
you to practice yoga supported by props (blankets, bolsters,
blocks, etc). Practicing in this manner allows you to alternately
stimulate and relax the body, as you move toward
balance. Although the practice of restorative yoga is especially
beneficial to those who are fatigued from daily activities
or those recovering from illness or injury, many of us simply
love restorative yoga as a means to relax and reduce stress
in our lives. May 17th , 2-4 pm , $25 each, (please
reserve your space, 5 person minimum, 15 person maximum.)
There
will be no workshop in June but returning for July.

and spiritual component to this practice which helps turn
women into girls again! 4 week series $60 Starting

Summer Solstice Yoga Mala Workshop with Allison Dennis
Come
and celebrate the Summer Solstice with 108 sun salutations.
A summer Yoga Mala is a celebration of manifestation, growth,
life,
and gratitude. The sun is closer, and we have an opportunity
to get closer to ourselves and our innate ability to feel
gratitude in each moment every day. Yoga Mala represents
the 108 mala beads (prayer beads) used in Yogic meditation.
In Hindu and Buddhist belief systems the number 108 is sacred.
Click to our Summer
Yoga Mala page for more details. Saturday
June 21st from 2:00 - 4:30 $25
