Having your own personal trainer can be a powerful motivating force for your yoga practice and beyond. Sessions are specifically tailored to your personal goals: whether it is to loose weight, find your way into a particular pose, gain core strength and a shapely middle or just to familiarize yourself with yoga, pilates or other fitness genres before entering class and feeling out of place. These sessions can range from a private yoga or pilates lesson to a functional strength and cardio class. You choose the style and the time!
However we will focus somewhat on all of the following areas as they represent a few of the elements necessary to improve your quality of life:
Improving flexibility, balance and posture.
Increasing muscular strength and endurance.
Increasing cardiorespiratory fitness
As a group fitness instructor in many areas, (including yoga, pilates,
strength training with or without resistance and cardio classes such as plyometric training and kickboxing) I have been blessed to see the physical and emotional benefits of many different varieties of exercise. As a personal trainer, I will draw from a myriad of experiences and trainings to help you achieve your own goals!
