Our Auto-Renew Program

In an effort to make coming to yoga even more easy and enjoyable we are now offering the options of Auto-Renewing your pass with us in one of two different ways. 1. Auto-Renew Monthly Unlimited Series for $110 Simplify This new enrollment plan combines unlimited classes with the convenience of automatic renewal. It’s Easy Our reduced price of $110 is charged to your account once a month. * To freeze or cancel, a completed request form must be submitted in writing at least 30 days in advance of your next billing date in order for your request to be effective from the following month. Billing date is based on your Auto-Renew Activation Date listed below. You can freeze your account if you like for up to 6 months with at least 30 days advance notice. * Series classes are not included, but all of our drop-in classes are available to enjoy. * This is not valid for one month. It is a series of months of yoga strung together with the ease of never having to dig through your wallet to pay for classes. 2. Auto-Renew 10 Class Pass for $110 Simplify This new enrollment plan combines updating your 10 class pass, when you have run out of classes, with the convenience of automatic renewal. It’s Easy Our reduced price of $110 is charged to your account at the time your card is empty and a new 10 class pass is added to your account. There is no expiration on this pass and you can share it with friends and family. * To freeze or cancel this auto-renew option, a completed request form must be submitted in writing before the last class of your current pass card is used and another 10 class pass card is charged. You are responsible for letting us know if you choose to cancel or freeze your account before your classes are done and another is charged. If it is charged before you let us know there is no refund for the charge or for the classes. * This is a great choice if you come regularly and never want to be bothered with having to wait in line to pay for classes. As your card runs out it automatcally gives you a new one. We require you to come in at least 15 minutes before class to sign up for either of these. In order to sign up for either of these great programs please come into the office so we can help you with all of the necessary paperwork. The paper work only takes a few minutes to go through but to try to do it right before class could keep others from signing in. It would be best to give yourself extra time as well as well as give us some extra time to help process these requests. If you have been to one of our classes before you have seen how hectic and busy the office can be right before class. We make every effort to get everyone into class on time and as efficiently as possible. If you request this option closer to the time of class we will ask you to take home the paper work and bring it back, and have you pay for the class you have come for another way. For everyone's peace of mind and ease of facilitating this new series for you, we would be very grateful for your understanding and cooperation in this request.
