Pilates Fundamentals
Pilates is an exercise form which concentrates on the large muscle groups centering around the core of the body,(the back and abdomen).  This all levels class is designed toward building a solid foundation for a strong balanced Pilates practice, with the emphasis on the postures, moves and methods supported through sound fundamental concepts.  A perfect place to start with Pilates but a good solid workout for those looking to tone, sculpt and strengthen the body
