Yoga (All Levels)
This is an hour and a few minutes long class offering an unhurried, organic, internal and exploratory approach of breath, energy, and movement. Please feel free to drop in anytime. Students with all levels of experience are welcome. The class is very friendly in nature and tends to be on the smaller side.
