This is an hour and a few minutes long class offering
an unhurried, organic, internal and exploratory approach of breath,
energy, and movement. Please feel free to drop in anytime. Students
with all levels of experience are welcome. The class is very friendly
in nature and tends to be on the smaller side.

YOGA with Molly Drake is a very gentle class - very gentle and tremendously
powerful. In an unhurried, loving, and supportive way, students are
encouraged to tune into their bodies and to playfully explore movements
- internal and external - which enhance their physical well-being.
The work
is transformational. When the body is honored in this way, places
in the body that are tight or closed began to trust and to open and
a delightful sensuality and serenity result.
