Yoga 1: Principles of Alignment
This class is for students who are new to yoga, this style of yoga, or those wanting to deepen their knowledge of alignment. In this class you will learn how to apply principles alignment which will greatly open and deepen your practice. This class is a great way to refine your practice, learn a little about yoga philosophy, and heal minor injuries. You will build a foundation that will strengthen your understanding of proper alignment, enhance your life, and open your heart to the vast potential of yoga. We will play with everything from standing poses and twists, to inversions and backbends! All you need is a body and a heart!
