All Levels Flow Yoga
Blending the traditions of Iyengar and Ashtanga yoga, this class links asanas one to the other in a serpentine flow, connecting each movement with dynamic breathing. While the pacing and length of holds vary from day to day, students can expect a class that builds core strength, balance, and flexibility. Every thing is there: forward folding, standing and balancing postures, hip and shoulder openers, upper body and abdominal work, lateral stretches, twists, backbends and inversions. A practice that challenges, stretches, and strengthens the body in order to relax and refresh the mind.

This class is great for those just learning flow yoga and those with established practices.
