other types of yoga.
This is a great class for beginners and folks who are looking to gain
flexibility. Perfect compliment to our Yoga For Athletes class and
a great next step after Yoga 101, since the goal here is to open tight
muscles from working out or just working too much at the office. Using
deep breathing and taking our time we can gently get into those stuck
areas and enjoy letting go! The effects will reverse any residual
posture habits and realign the body to feel younger, more fit, and
better able to defy the effects of gravity.
Open to all levels.
