Be
prepared to work up a good sweat and feel fantastic after this all
over body power surge. This class is designed to go deeper physically
strengthening the body through stabilizing holding postures, repetition
of muscle building movements, core work and synchronized breath work.
There is great energy built in the room as you are encouraged to challenge
yourself . Modifications are given for all levels. This class differs
from Rhian's POWER YOGA class in that the students get to PLAY a bit
more. It's a lot of fun.
