Ashtanga
Yoga is based on a specialized sequencing of postures and focused
breathing techniques, enabling the practitioner to develop focus,
endurance, and flexibility. Ashtanga systematically addresses alignment
problems to correct imbalances in strength and flexibility. Through
the intensity of the practice, students will discover a deep sense
of calm, clarity, and self-confidence that will translate into all
aspects of their daily life. This class is open to all levels (assuming
practitioners of all levels are willing to listen to their bodies
and to modify and rest when needed) . |
