Level 1 & 2: This class is based on the practice
and teachings of Classical Yoga. In the combined levels 1 & 2
class, all levels are welcome, and the next phase of postures and
their variations from level 1 are introduced in a vinyasa (flowing)
style. Pranayama (breathing) is incorporated into all the movements.
The postures are performed with slow graceful movements, so fantastic
feelings of inner calm and self-control are felt immediately. Through
this practice radiant health can be achieved. The progression of poses
is intense yet non-strenuous in nature, and will strengthen and tone
the muscles, and work to rid the glands and organs of toxins. Practicing
in a relaxed manner and feeling content during the practice is emphasized.
These photos are to inspire and show the enjoyment our instructors
get out of their practice. They in no way indicate the level of exertion
or expectation of your participation in the class. They are just pretty
