Classical Yoga with Jasmine


Level 1 & 2: This class is based on the practice and teachings of Classical Yoga. In the combined levels 1 & 2 class, all levels are welcome, and the next phase of postures and their variations from level 1 are introduced in a vinyasa (flowing) style. Pranayama (breathing) is incorporated into all the movements. The postures are performed with slow graceful movements, so fantastic feelings of inner calm and self-control are felt immediately. Through this practice radiant health can be achieved. The progression of poses is intense yet non-strenuous in nature, and will strengthen and tone the muscles, and work to rid the glands and organs of toxins. Practicing in a relaxed manner and feeling content during the practice is emphasized.
