This
class is an opportunity to build upon the foundation of your yoga

practice working at your own individualized pace. With an awareness
of alignment and by honoring your own limitations, we will explore
challenging poses with an emphasis on preparations, using the wall
and props, individual spotting and adjustments all done in a safe
and supportive environment.
Expanding upon our warm-ups, sun salutation & vinyasa flow, we
will gently approach inversions, shoulder stands, balancing poses,
backbends, hip-openers, warriors and shoulder openers all with a sense
of playfulness, humor and compassion. Breathing is an integral part
interwoven throughout our practice with various pranayama techniques.
We will always take the time to unwind fully with restorative yoga
and luxuriate in our shivasanas. Mindful meditation is provided in
most classes.
You're encouraged to be true to your own
body and spirit, developing a creative and loving approach to your
unique yoga journey. We will cultivate a deeply relaxed approach to
this healing art while evolving our practice to the next level.
