Flow Yoga 1 & 2
Flow Yoga 1 & 2 is a fun lighthearted class that will involve basic building blocks of a good yoga practice with some challenges thrown in for those who want to go deeper. Using simple breathing techniques and meditation practices we will continually move with the breath, or remember to breathe as we move (which is sometimes hard to do).This is a wonderful place for beginners who want to learn and grow in their practice as well as those established who want to be challenged in a safe environment.

Sun Salutations, warming up, strengthening standing poses, and deep stretches on the floor will all be part of the bag of tricks thrown together on the spot. Modifications and meditations will be given and tailor made for each member of the class. Let the instructor's know if you have any injuries or conditions they should be aware of, and they can work with you on any of these.

We will always work with balance, strengthening, flexibility, life lessons, and not taking ourselves or what we are doing too seriously.
