PATH: After becoming addicted to the way my body felt
after Pilates classes  
at a local gym, my desire to spread the word about Pilates
grew. In February 2006, I was certified to teach Mat Pilates through
Pilates Studio Connection.
INSPIRATION: Being happy and healthy inspires me to exercise and stay
fit. Hearing that I've inspired my friends and family to do the same
strengthens my desire.
FAVORITES FOR GROUNDING: Spending time with friends and family. And
baking! Yum!
PRACTICE: Pilates is a form of fitness that strengthens my core and
keeps my body fluid and flexible. It's great for helping me balance
other activities
like walking, running, lifting weights, and playing golf.
INTENTION: My intention with teaching Pilates is that you and your
body will
love what it does for you.
MY CLASSES: Thursday night @7:30 pm
